Master the Body. Command your Life.

Experience the precision of individualized coaching. I don’t just "guide" you through workouts; I architect your movement.

Whether you are executing a planche, handstand push-up, completing a squat clean, scaling a rock face, locking a freestanding handstand, or mastering the weighted pull-up, our sessions will each be a deep dive into the technical mechanics and unlocking your power.

We move beyond the barbell to incorporate sculpting and calisthenics mastery—building a physique that doesn't just look strong, but possesses the functional utility to prove it.

The System: Data-Driven Performance

Your package is more than a list of exercises; it is a live roadmap. Through the Everfit ecosystem, we track every rep, tempo, and skill progression. Quarterly performance audits ensure we aren't just moving—we’re advancing. We celebrate milestones not just in "weight lost," but in skills unlocked and plateaus shattered.

The Partnership Philosoply: Tactical Accountability

This is not an occaisional single workout. This is a performance partnership that includes bespoke 12 week sprint training programming, supplemented by in person sessions that keep you pushing, in perfect form, consistently challenged and is finacially feasible on a long term basis.

Beyond the gym floor, I provide the physiological and psychological lifestyle hacks required to turn your health and your body into a high-performance asset. I am not just your instructor; I am your accountability strategist. I provide the technical "eyes" and the psychological push needed to foster an environment where mediocrity isn't an option.

The Investment: Unlock the Elite Version of Yourself Invest in a capability that commands respect. Stop settling for a "comfortable" routine and start building the body control of a specialist.

Victory is not achieved in a comfortable environment. It requires the calculated destruction of boundaries and the willingness to step into the unknown.

This philosophy is at the cored of Victory Rising:

We don’t train for comfort; we train for command.

Victory Rising Philosophy

The Founder

From the age of four, my life has been defined by the pursuit of physical command. Starting in competitive gymnastics at seven, I was built in an environment where strength, focus, and precision weren't just goals—they were requirements. This early immersion in high-level discipline laid the foundation for a lifetime of athletic excellence across a diverse spectrum of movement, from the tactical rigour of Sea Cadets (riflery and sailing) to the explosive dynamics of competitive fitness and snowboarding.

In my 30s, this architectural foundation evolved into rock climbing and calisthenics—my current focus and the ultimate test of the "Weight-to-Body" command. I do not just teach; I deconstruct skills into a method most compatible with my client’s understanding. My mission is to lead newcomers and intermediates into the mentally-fortified world of body control, providing the technical blueprint to master their own frame and forge the power and mobility required to endure for life.

How I Train: Tactical Performance

I don’t believe in "exercise"; I believe in training with intent. My approach is designed to instill a lifelong commitment to physical mastery through high-level athletic pursuits. By bridging the gap between raw strength and technical skill, I help clients shatter their perceived limits and experience the power of true body control.

When you train with me, you are opting into a disciplined environment where we celebrate the "Rise." My goal is to empower you to reach peak condition—not through comfort, but through the relentless pursuit of your highest physical potential.

Technical Specialities

  • Calisthenics & Mobility Architecture: Converting "machine strength" into elite bodyweight command.

  • Vertical Command: Mastery of the handstand stack, from wall-drills to freestanding power.

  • Static Mastery: Technical progressions for the tuck planche, crow pose, and lever work.

  • Functional Tension: Building the specific grip and core endurance required for rock climbing.

  • The "Iron" Finish: Sculpting a physique that isn't just aesthetic, but possesses the functional utility to command respect.

We don’t train for comfort; we train for command.
