Who I am

A passionate Canadian & Australian fitness enthusiast with a rich and varied athletic background, dedicated to promoting active lifestyles and athletic excellence. My journey began at the tender age of 4 when I discovered gymnastics, quickly progressing to competitive-level training by the age of 7. This rigorous and disciplined training instilled in me invaluable qualities of strength, focus, and precision from a young age.

Beyond my competitive gymnastics career, I was also immersed in a wide range of athletic pursuits, including sailing, archery, riflery (sea cadets), mixed league ultimate frisbee, fitness competitions, and snowboarding—all of which have brought immense joy and fulfilment to my life over the years.

In my 30s, this solid foundation in competitive sports seamlessly transitioned into rock climbing, which is now my primary focus sport, and I never tire of drawing newcomers to this exhilarating and mentally powerful sport with initial training and support.

How I train others

My motivating and confidence-building approach helps instil in clients a lifelong commitment to physical fitness, which is best supported in the long term by a preferred athletic pursuit.

For clients, experiencing discipline while shattering preconceptions of physical performance limits empowers them to reach their peak condition and inspires them to pursue greater fitness goals with passion and determination.
