Move beyond the barbell to incorporate calisthenics mastery and functional sculpting. Whether you are a beginner looking for strength for the first time or an athlete reclaiming the power you once had, our mission is to build a physique that doesn't just look strong but possesses the utility to prove it.
Age, gender, and starting point are irrelevant. Ignore fitnees that has the lowest bar of maintenance; train with technical mechanics. Lock in your first freestanding handstand, master the weighted pull-up. or handstand push-up, at any age….
No "body" is as weak as the mind imagines.
Physical Mastery
Deliberate Body Control: Instead of just a guide through reps; I instruct you through each aspect of your movement so that every exercise is executed with perfect form. Every session is a deep dive into technical mechanics to unlock your power and prevent plateaus.
Data-Driven Performance & Delivery: In person and/or in conjucntion with Everfit mobile, you can stay on track with mobile programming, training videos on demand, training learning resources and macro tracking to help you stay accountable. For members, program performance audits are conducted every 8-12 weeks will help monitor your strength progress, support celebrating wins and ensure you keep advancing.
Tactical Accountability: This is a performance partnership. Membership partners will receive bespoke 12-week sprint programming supported by online community, a direct line to myself for your training questions, and in-person sessions to keep your form perfect and your discipline iron-clad. Package clients will also have mobile programming and access to training questions, and the community forum to compare results and wins.

The Founder
From the age of four, my life has been defined by the pursuit of physical command. Starting in competitive gymnastics at seven, I was built in an environment where strength, focus, and precision weren't just goals—they were requirements. This early immersion in high-level discipline laid the foundation for a lifetime of athletic excellence across a diverse spectrum of movement, from the tactical rigour of Sea Cadets (riflery and sailing) to the explosive dynamics of competitive fitness and snowboarding.
In my 30s, this architectural foundation evolved into rock climbing and calisthenics—my current focus and the ultimate test of the "Weight-to-Body" command. I do not just teach; I deconstruct skills into a method most compatible with my client’s understanding. My mission is to lead newcomers and intermediates into the mentally-fortified world of body control, providing the technical blueprint to master their own frame and forge the power and mobility required to endure for life.
How I Train: Tactical Performance
I don’t believe in "exercise"; I believe in training with intent. My approach is designed to instill a lifelong commitment to physical mastery through high-level athletic pursuits. By bridging the gap between raw strength and technical skill, I help clients shatter their perceived limits and experience the power of true body control.
